The band’s captivating, high spirited, and unique country rock sound takes fans back in time to the traditional and legendary sounds of yesterday’s country and rock music, and brings them back again to today’s favorite country and rock music hits!
Born of One-Nighters
With a combination of musical instruments such as steel guitar, acoustic guitar, booming bass and rock guitars, as well as a good solid sounding drum kit, Country Thunder delivers a sound that appeals to many! Fans have described Country Thunder as "one of the best bands in the area." With performances at some of the area’s top venues, as well as having a wide range of fans and followers on social media, Country Thunder is no amateur act when it comes to bringing fun, top-notch entertainment to any event or venue!
Looking to the Future
The band has many festivals, fund-raising events and venues under their belt, including the Frontier Music Festival, the Ohio Valley Antique Machinery Show, the Brown County Fair and more. They have performed at many great venues such as Froggy’s, Skipper’s, Snapper’s, Brookie’s, The Barrel House and many more.
